Our pricing is as follows:

• Initial visit (1 hour): $110

• Follow up appointment (45 minutes): $95

• Follow up Concession (45 minutes): $85

• Follow up paediatric (30 minutes): $75

• Cupping + massage (30 minutes): $70

Yes - acupuncture is covered by all private health funds.

We do not have a Hicaps machine onsite, you will receive a receipt via text or email which you can use to make a manual claim with your health fund.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email from our online booking system. At the bottom of this email is a link to 'Reschedule or Cancel' your appointment. If you cannot find another time online that suits your schedule, please contact us via phone or email as we try our best to accommodate changes and we may have additional availability.

Wear comfortable clothing to your acupuncture appointment. Depending on the nature of your health concerns, the type of treatment and your own personal preference, you may remain fully clothed. However, often it is more comfortable for clients to undress to underwear as they would for a massage. Towels are always used for modesty, comfort and warmth.

There is no need to change out of work, sports or school clothes prior to attending your appointment.

We aim to provide appointment times that accommodate our patients’ other commitments. In order for us to continue doing this, we require a reasonable amount of notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Please accept that we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will require full payment for the appointment.

If there are repeat occurrences of missed appointments, you may be asked to pre-pay at the time of booking.
